01 — The Challenge
Unify seven partner identities — Government of Kenya, Embassy of Italy, MUR, Italian MFA, Mattei Plan for Africa, Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, UNDP and the AI Hub for Sustainable Development — into one coherent forum identity across every surface of the Serena.
02 — The Solution
We anchored the build on the forum's signature red-to-green gradient and gold striped Africa silhouette, then rolled it across registration walls, the main stage hero board, branded lectern and wayfinding easels — disciplined sponsor lock-up on every panel.
